• NCMC salutes Class of 2026 during graduation (petoskeynews.com) — Alanson students are among those celebrated in North Central Michigan College’s Class of 2026, with the town listed just behind the top hometowns for graduate numbers. Nearly 300 students earned diplomas, many first-generation or working while in school, and heard a keynote urging them to see themselves as citizens of both their communities and the wider world.
