Berkley Bear Athletic Boosters Tin Can Auction is April 19

The 14th Annual Berkley Bear Athletic Boosters Tin Can Auction will be Friday, April 19th, 2013 @ 5 PM
in the West Gym of Berkley High School

The Tin Can Auction is an exciting evening of family fun. Attendees purchase .25 cent, $1.00 and $5.00 tickets, to place in a tin can by each item you would like to win. Starting at 7 pm a winner is drawn for each of the 500+ items.

This event is the Berkley Bear Athletic Booster’s major Fundraiser which helps support the athletic program in countless ways. 75% of the money raised by each teams’ donated items will be returned to that team for their use. The other 25% will go to the Athletic Boosters so they can continue to assist all the teams with other needs.

In order to make the Tin Can Auction a great success we need the community's help in the following ways:

  • Support your athlete’s team by donating cash for a group item, donating an item or obtaining a donation from a favorite business. Donated items must be new and a minimum of $25.
Examples of donations: electronics, gift baskets, tickets to sporting events, gift certificates, autographed items or popular games. Use your imagination, resources, or special talents.
  • Help at the Tin Can Auction. It takes many volunteers to put on an event like this and any help would be greatly appreciated. Attend the auction and have a great time. Invite family and friends to attend.

Drop off will be at the Huntington Woods City Hall Basement (West Side) - from 7-8 pm on:
