Oakland County Youth Assistance Coordinating Council is offering two opportunities for parents to attend a free presentation, "His Brain/Her Brain: Parenting Our Sons & Daughters for Success". The program be presented on Wednesday, October 24 at 7 p.m. at Novi High School and on Thursday, October 25 at 7 p.m. at Baker Middle School in Troy. This presentation, by Pat Crum-Lubben, Parent Educator from Helen DeVos Children's Hospital, will address the inherent differences between boys and girls brain development and will offer effective strategies for parenting each gender.
