O'Mara's is well know for their comedy nights. On Saturday September
1st they will pull out all the stops!
National Comic, Magician and Hypnotist Michael Night will take the
stage. Michael show is a wild mix of Stand-Up Comedy, Amazing and
baffling magic and mind bending hypnosis. Night claims " The audience
is the real star of the shows. I'm just the sexy fat guy with the
microphone!" Every show is different because every time it is all new
people on stage. "I do get a lot of repeat people to my show. People
have so much fun being in the show they come back and bring friends.
Most times they end up back on stage with me!" Night laughs. Night
started as many young magicians did. He seen a magician and bought a
trick deck of cards. Fast forward in 1998 he bought the local magi
shop he ent to as a kid in Toledo Ohio. One day in October of 98 a
hypnotist named Raven was working the local comedy club. They became
fast friends and after a year of begging Raven took Night on as a
student. Night then worked on the show mixing his magic - fast whit
with hypnotism for the show you will see at O'Mara's. Night says "It
is very hard to explain my show. You have t see it to believe it. I do
not use fake people in the show. I d not make people cluck like a
chicken also. This is a very fast, very funny show. This will be an
adult show, but I work very hard to make it funny without being rude
or nasty. Michael has won many awards with his shows and for the last
two years has been first runner up Best Live Comedy in Ohio coming in
behind the largest comedy club in Ohio. Also on the show is comics Ron Lutze & Harry Artin
