Tonight is the Halloween Spooktacular Carnival sponsored by Berkley Parks and Rec and the Berkley Junior Women's Club.
Children should wear their costumes and prepare for a spooktacular time full of prizes, games, and candy. Kids can also have their picture taken with the Great Pumpkin.
This program is designed for children from 3 years to 5th grade.
