Tai Chi Chuan for Seniors

The Berkley Community Center is offering a Tai chi Chuan class designed for seniors today.  The class will use gentle motion techniques to improve your circulation and lower your blood pressure.  This is great for seniors who suffer from leg cramps or cold hands and feet.

The class will run 6 weeks.  Choose to start September 14 or 16.
