Troy Historic Village Talks: Interlochen

Conceived as a National High School Orchestra Camp in 1928, Interlochen Center for the Arts has grown into an internationally recognized educational facility for music. In 2006 Interlochen was awarded the National Medal of Arts, the nation’s highest honor for artistic excellence. Jeff Kimpton, Interlochen Center for the Arts President, will explore the heritage of this outstanding cultural institution.


Join us as we celebrate the rich history of the Great Lakes region. Presentations take place in Old Troy Church at the Troy Historic Village. Experience a new Village Talks topic each month!


Tickets are $5 each ($3 for Troy Historical Society members) Refreshments are provided.
