The Men’s Club of Congregation Beth Shalom will be observing WWW or World Wide Wrap. This is a day to encourage and teach those who have reached Bar or Bat Mitzvah age how to wear Tefillin. With the help and cooperation of Nicole Jahr and her teachers, we will be showing videos, having in-class instruction and creating “Build-A-Pair” tefillin. These are “mock” tefillin where the students learn what goes into a pair of tefillin. Learn the mitzvah of putting on tefillin along with students from our Center for Jewish Learning. Parents are encouraged to join. Stay for morning services and breakfast.
