VENDOR AGREEMENT

1. All sellers are required to submit a complete and signed application by May 1st, 2015 to reserve their space. ASK PTO reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant.

2. Selling space is approximately 9 x 18. No sellers are allowed to sell items at Junk in the Trunk away from designated spaces. Sidewalks and walkways must be kept clear.

3. Set up will begin at 6:00 a.m. and will continue through 8:30 a.m. Volunteers will be there to guide sellers into designated spaces should they decide to sell out of their cars.

4. For safety reasons the seller’s spaces are closed after the sale begins (9:00a.m.) No one selling from their car will be allowed to leave until after 1:00 p.m.

5. Trailers are NOT allowed

6. Sellers must furnish their own display equipment, signage and tables; however keep in mind all items must stay within the sellers own designated space. If selling out of your car, that will be all of your space.

7. Canopies are allowed however, must fit within each seller’s own designated area.

8. Sellers must leave the space clean and completely free from items before leaving.

9. Sale of live animals is NOT permitted.

10. Trash receptacles on the Plaza are for public use only. Please DO NOT leave unwanted items after the sale in or by the trash receptacles.

I do not hold the City of Clawson, Paul A. Schalm Elementary School or ASK PTO liable for any property damage or personal injury that either my representative or I may incur while selling at the Junk in the Trunk Sale. I accept full financial liability for my actions an all products that either I or my representatives sell at Junk in the Trunk.

The City of Clawson, ASK PTO and Schalm Elementary School are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property. Sale, use or possession of alcoholic beverages or drugs is prohibited on School Grounds and City Grounds.

I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Clawson, its officers and gents from and against any and all claims and actions for injury, damage, or loss to personal or property or other liabilities or expenses whatsoever, including court cost and attorney’s fee, related to arising out of me or my agents (‘) actions, omissions and operations in connection with Junk in the Trunk.
