13 Running for 4 Positions on Birmingham City Commission

Voters in Birmingham will have plenty of choices on Tuesday, Nov. 3, when they go to the polls to elect new members to the Birmingham City Commission.

Thirteen candidates are running for four open positions. None is an incumbent.

Commissioners George Dilgard, Tom McDaniel, Scott Moore and Gordon Rinschler said earlier they planned to retire at the end of their current terms.

According to the Oakland County Elections Division, candidates who filed to fill the vacancies are:

Patty Bordman, Pierre Boutros, Carroll DeWeese, Patricia Edwards, De Angello Espree, Nancy J. Fowler, Andrew M. Harris, Corey Jacoby, Stuart Jeffares, Linda Peterson, David W. Potts, Barry R. Powers and Daniel M. Share.
