Beaumont patients endangered by employees difficulty to get to and from work.

Beaumont hospital employees living on the east side of Woodard during and the day before the Woodward Cruise are having an extremely difficult time getting to and from work. Apparently those on Woodward don't mind blocking intersections and there doesn't seem to be any traffic control at these main intersection either. Is this true and is anything being done about it.
