David Bloom was an important figure in defeating the B’ham Library Bond Issue. Now he is working to defeat the school renewal millage. For me, trying to reach his ’Citizens for Responsible Spending’ is difficult at best. I have to wonder what he considers ‘WASTE’? Perhaps he could tell us specifically? We have wonderful schools in the Birmingham School System. Let’s keep it that way. They have my ‘yes’ vote.
