ELECTION RESULTS: Birmingham Decides 13-WayRace

Birmingham voters named four new members to the City Commission.

Four people have won election to the Birmingham City Commission in a 13-way race, according to unofficial Oakland County election results. The top four vote-getters are:

  1. Pierre Boutros, 2,029 votes (15 percent)
  2. Patty Bordman, 1,857 votes (14 percent)
  3. Andrew M. Harris, 1,617 votes (12 percent)
  4. Carroll DeWeese, 1,492 votes (11 percent)

Thirteen candidates are running for four four-year terms on the Birmingham City Commission in Tuesday’s election.

Voters will also elect three people to four-year terms on the Library Board. The three declared candidates are:

  • James W. Suhay
  • Robert Tera
  • David J. Underdown
