Summer is the perfect time to utilize those fabulous, fresh sauces, spreads and dips that do not need to be cooked on the stove. Your summer won’t be the same once you have: a fresh, mixed berry sauce to top ice cream, angel food cake, or French toast; Tsatziki, a healthy cucumber and yogurt sauce to serve with pita bread, pita chips or grilled chicken; a fresh salsa to top grilled chicken, pork or lamb; or a homemade basil pesto that will provide an amazing spread on just about any sandwich.
