A graduate with honors of the Schoolcraft College Culinary Arts Program, Chef Pam Gustairs will teach you how to prepare a selection of popular dishes from restaurants across the country. Restaurants from Arizona, British Columbia, Denver, LA, and Williamstown will be featured. Delicious meals like roasted yam and apple salad, scallops with lentils, baked french toast with pecans, and more will be taught.
