Decorative Venetian Plasters – Home Improvement Class

Birmingham Community Education is offering a home improvement class for those interested in achieving the Tuscan Old World look using a multi-layered stone or stucco effect.  The class is located on-site at the Fancy Color Paint Store and will be taught by the store staff.
