Life After Loss: A Journey Through Grief is a six-session grief class for people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. We will explore the various stages of grief and the various techniques for coping with grief, working through grief, and even growing through grief. The group will meet on 6 consecutive Tuesday afternoons beginning November 1 and ending December 6, 2011. The group will meet from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 1589 West Maple Road, Birmingham, in the Wright Parlor (#104). There is a $15 materials fee. Please register in advance as the format requires a minimum of 5 people in order to take place.
