Students at Schoolhouse Montessori Academy will be celebrating the spring season this year with an event called May Day Mixer. Toddler, pre- primary and elementary students will be joined by their families as they plant vegetables, fruits and flowers on their school grounds. An assortment of farm animals from Bowers Farm will be on the property during the planting and festivities. Lemonade and popcorn will also be provided to thank everyone for all of their hard work. Returning students will harvest the vegetables and fruits when school restarts in the fall.
