Instructor Anthony Minne is a seasoned beverage consultant, who gained his knowledge from working with beer in both restaurants and retail for over ten years. He also passed the Certified Sommelier Exam in 2009. Anthony currently works at Plum Market West Bloomfield as a beverage consultant.
