Join Amber Poupore, owner of Cacao Tree Cafe in Royal Oak, as she teaches you how to create and develop your own salad dressings. You will learn to make tahini, herb vinaigrette and miso vinaigrette. Plus you will receive different ideas for creating a variety of salads.
