Ron Bachman will speak to the students (6th-8th grades) about bridging the gap between the disabled and the able-bodied community. He will also address the issues of bulling and the power of words.
Mr. Bachman shares his own personal story about living with a congenital birth defect that attracted stares and cruel remarks as he was growing up. He learned how to live a normal life despite severe physical impairment. His message of hope despite challenges and roadblocks will inspire students to live their dreams.
