Paid Study Opportunity: Customer Care/Service/Support Employees

Customer research consultancy TecEd is seeking participants for a paid research study. Participants should be employed in a Customer Care capacity at work, either as an agent or manager.

Sessions will be held either on-site at your place of employment or home office, at TecEd’s offices in Ann Arbor, MI or remotely through your computer.

Sessions will last 90 minutes.

You will receive an honorarium of $150 (remote sessions) or $200 - $300 (in-person sessions).

We are an independent research firm, no sales.
