The Townsend Hotel Presents Second Annual "Teddy Bear Tea" Charity Event to Benefit Bottomless Toy Chest
Luxury Hotel's Traditional Afternoon Tea Goes Kid-Friendly to Benefit Bottomless Toy Chest
WHAT: The Townsend Hotel’s Second Annual Teddy Bear Tea, a charitable event benefitting The Bottomless Toy Chest. The event will feature a traditional afternoon tea experience complete with a child-friendly menu, a teddy bear cookie decorating activity and ShutterBooth photo fun.
The Bottomless Toy Chest is a local non-profit organization that collects new toys and activities to gift to hospitalized children battling cancer.

DETAILS: Tickets are $35 per person, which includes a $5 donation to The Bottomless Toy Chest.

WHO: About The Bottomless Toy Chest: The Bottomless Toy Chest is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to delivering art projects, crafts and interactive games to hospitalized pediatric cancer patients. This year we will deliver over 30,000 toys and activities. Each item we present is brand new, gift-wrapped in cellophane and ribbon and hand-delivered to a patient. The clear gift-wrap keeps the items clean and safe for children with weakened immune systems, gives them a choice in an environment where they have no choices, and gives children who are under massive physical and emotional distress the joyful experience of opening a present.
