Tree planters and owners AND 'landscapers'.
Do you not read or know the correct way to plants trees?
Telling you once apparently doesn't do any good. Keep piling the mulch high against these new and older trees and in time, you will kill them. All over our city will be dead or dying trees. Read the Michigan State information on how to correctly plant them. Please!
