$1,000 Reward Offered for Capture of Rape Suspect
The Oakland County Sheriff's Office said the suspect broke into a woman's home and raped her when she said she didn't have any money.

PONTIAC, MI — A $1,000 reward is offered for the capture of a suspect in the rape of a 43-year-old Pontiac woman in her home last week, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office said.
Authorities were called to the residence on Starlite Lane about 6:37 a.m. Friday, Aug. 26, after the woman reported she had opened her windows and doors around a.m., but locked the screen door. A short time later, a man forced open her screen door, pulled her down to the floor and demanded money, according to a news release.
When she told the suspect she didn’t have any money, he raped her, the release said.
