Best Auto Repair Shop in Bloomfield? You Chose Honda Bloomfield

This week, in Bloomfield, and added a poll for good measure.

Voting was close, but ultimately  topped the list with 66 percent of the vote by Friday's 9 a.m. cutoff. The station and tied for second with 16 percent.

"We've been here in Bloomfield Hills for a long time and we consistently score high in our customer satisfaction ratings," Service Director Andy Haas said.

High enough to be rated at the top last month in terms of its customer service index for the region, which includes Ohio and Indiana, Haas said. That's happened several times over the past decade since the dealership changed over from Anderson Honda, he added.

"It's not a surprise for us (to be rated for best service), but we sure like to hear it," he said.
