Biggby Coffee Hosts Water Drive for Flint
Special deals will be offered to customers who bring in a case of water to be distributed to residents, warming centers and schools in Flint
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI – Customers of Biggby Coffee can help out the residents of Flint during a water drive to be held from noon-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at the store at 1952 S. Telegraph Road.
Bottled water donated during the drive will be distributed to residents, warming centers and schools in Flint, where lead-contaminated water has created a public health crisis.

The coffee shop is offering special deals to customers who bring in a case of bottled water, according to an event listing on Facebook, which states:
“As a business owned and operated by a Michigan resident and as a part of a Michigan-based franchise, it’s so important for us to do what we can for our fellow Michiganders. … Whether you can bring 1 case of water or 10, every bottle helps and we appreciate your support for our neighbors in Flint.”
