The outages as shown on Down Detector seems to be concentrated in the Northeast, South Florida, parts of Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Comcast said the outage affects only business voice customers. "Early today an issue in our network prevented some of our small business customers from making and receiving phone calls," the company said in a statement. "We apologize for the inconvenience and we're working as quickly as possible to understand the root cause and get it resolved."
