Eddie Merlot's Steakhouse Now Hiring in Bloomfield

Eddie Merlot's, an upscale steakhouse coming to Bloomfield Township's south end this spring is looking for staff, according to a recent post on the restaurant's website. The Bloomfield Township Planning Commission and Board of Trustee's approved the plans for the restaurants within this multi-use office building at the corner of Woodward Avenue and Big Beaver Road late last fall.

Those interested can apply online or by visiting the office at 363 West Big Beaver in Troy from  The hiring office is open Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday.
