Authorities Looking for Man Who Disappeared April 27
Bertram Weston's rental car has been recovered, and cell tower hits indicated he may still be in the area.

Independence Township, MI — The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in locating Bertram Weston, 48, who left his home in Independence Township on April 27 and hasn’t been seen since.
Weston was expected at his family’s home on Staten Island, NY, the following day, but never arrived, the sheriff’s office said in a news release.
Weston’s soon-to-be ex-wife contacted the sheriff’s office on May 9 and said he had rented a vehicle to drive to the New York City area, where he had accepted a job.
