Trader Joe’s is recalling a popular soda after customers reported the glass bottles were bursting open, posing a safety risk.
According to Trader Joe’s, all Triple Ginger Brew purchased from Nov. 9 through Dec. 14 has been recalled.

“Although the ginger brew does not pose a health risk if consumed, all product has been removed from store shelves and destroyed,” the store said.
No injuries or illnesses have been reported to date.

Trader Joe’s has stores in Bloomfield Hills, Grosse Pointe, Northville and Rochester Hills.
The potentially affected product was distributed to Trader Joe’s stores nationwide.
Customers who have purchased the Trader Joe’s Triple Ginger Brew are encouraged to handle it with care and dispose of it immediately in an outside container.
A full refund will be offered to customers who purchased the recalled product.
