Not far from Bloomfield Township's main trade center near Telegraph and Square Lake roads, part of this 6,000-square foot building at 2222 Franklin Road has sat vacant since Tod Mack purchased it last summer. He moved his professional staffing and computer data businesses into the office space next door, but has entertained all sorts of options for the 1,900 square feet that includes two bathrooms and a small kitchen.

"I'd build it out to fit the needs of the tenant, but there is a ton of traffic and activity out there due to those businesses that could be capitalized on," Mack said. "It's more suited for offices or a service business than it is for retail."
The building once housed the Bloomfield Township Senior Services Friendship Center before the township senior center center was built.
