ā€¢ Michigan man gets probation for abandoning litter of puppies on wintry roadside (mlive.com) ā€” A Bridgeport Township man has been sentenced to 18 months of probation for abandoning a litter of puppies along a roadside in winter. Bridgeport Township police and an Amazon driver helped rescue seven puppies, which were later adopted through Saginaw County Animal Care & Control. The sentence includes mental health treatment and payment of fines and costs.
