The deadline to register for LACASA's "Drive Out Child Abuse" Golf Scramble is fast approaching.
This fundraising outing is set for Friday, June 13, at Whispering Pines Golf Club in Pinckney.
It's a fun afternoon on the fairways with plenty of competitions. You could win a new car or a new boat, plus a mega selection of other prizes.
The day begins with sign-in at 11:30 a.m. and a shotgun start at 1 p.m. For the charity fee, you get 18-holes of golf with cart, boxed lunch, goody bag, team photo, and a Midwest barbecue awards dinner.
A silent auction runs throughout the day featuring vacation getaways, golf equipment, and an uber selection of luxury products and services.
