Everyone will tell you that hiring is an essential part of every business. Many business pundit will tell you that the difference between success and failure is a good team.

What we’re here to tell you is that when you put those two somewhat obvious statements together you draw a conclusion that is far from obvious to quite a few employers and business owners - that the people you hire could be the difference between the success and failure of a busines or a project.

Here at ZIngerman’s, we’ve learned that lesson from being in business for almost 33 years. We’ve worked very hard to codify it and teach it to all our hiring managers so that we’re starting off with employees who are a great fit - culturally and skills wise.

Join Tracie Wolfe, Zingerman’s Recruiting Specialist and past-President of LAHRA, to hear all about the effective hiring practices we’ve come up with. Tracie will share our “recipes” for interviewing, our best practices for writing job descriptions, screening and more. You’ll leave with new ways to think about and improve the interview experience for everyone involved!
