At Mill River, pricing has been released for a new phase and a new section, the latter of which will offer homes from the $240’s with 3 to 4 bed, 2.5 bath and range in size from around 2,000 - 2,500 sqft.

The Orchards of Lyon will begin offering homes from the $260‘s next month, featuring 3 bed, 2.5 bath colonial plans between 2,100 - 2,700 sqft.
For both of these neighborhoods, the proximity to highways, shopping and downtown South Lyon is amazing.
Mill River will be increasing their prices after every 3 or 4 sales, so now is the time to take advantage of the lowest possible prices.
Orchards of Lyon won't begin taking deposits until next month, but once they do, it’s likely the prices will jump up quickly - sign up for our newsletter and be among the first to know when the builder starts taking deposits.
