• Troopers respond to barricaded suspect after reported domestic assault in Cass City (wnem.com) — Michigan State Police say a man allegedly involved in a felonious domestic assault barricaded himself with a shotgun inside a home on Cass City Road, prompting an emergency response Saturday. Troopers and the Emergency Support Team contained the situation to the residence and reported no broader threat, but asked residents to avoid the area while operations continued and more details are gathered.
