Expert Lee Hershey Leads Bourbon Tasting Thursday

CHELSEA, MI -- Chelsea’s Wines on Main is switching to bourbon Thursday. The North Main Street shop, known in the area for its game nights and wine tastings, will offer a tasting of four bourbons from small distilleries throughout the U.S. Tickets for the tasting are $35, and you’ll want to call ahead to reserve your place. The event will be led by Lee Hershey, a Chelsea-area wine and spirits expert who’s taught at Schoolcraft College for 30 years.

According to Wines on Main, “Lee Hershey love for wine is long and winding just like his mustache…His knowledge of wine has made him a master in the industry.” Wines on Main is located at 110 North Main Street, Chelsea.
