Stay Strong, Stay Steady: Chelsea Senior Center Offers Many Ways to Prevent Falls (thesuntimesnews.com) — Older adults in Chelsea can choose from a full weekly lineup of free or low-cost fitness and balance classes at the Chelsea Senior Center, all aimed at preventing falls and staying independent. From Enhance Fitness and balance training to yoga, tai chi, and dance-inspired movement, there's at least one class every day, many supported by Washtenaw Community College's Senior Emeritus Program.
