Help please... 3 baby raccoons and Mama I am sure somewhere watching!

Hi, I live on the block of Gargantua and well we have 3 baby raccoons and I am sure Mama close. I have 3 small Yorkies and they hear them in the middle of the night, so brave as to even come out in the day , we have pics. I need to know how to have them leave. Do I call Animal control? I do not want them killed, just moved to a wood environment. Would they kill them?  I am so afraid they will stay and get big and yes people on our block leave trash out just in bags. I have walked and seen.

Chicken Shack/ Mui's is a big feast for them.

I cannot make a neighbor do anything, but I am afraid for my doggies. They are bigger than them.

Anyone that can give me advice on what to do?

No I do not have traps as 1 neighbor asked me.
