Royal Oak First United Methodist Church is celebrating it's 175th year in Royal Oak, and we're inviting you to celebrate with a good old fashioned picnic and some wonderful fellowship! Rain or shine, we'll be gathering on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at 12:15 PM, immediately following our 11:00 am service. Food and beverages will be provided and we'll have games for the kids, including a bounce house and face painting!!! Parking is free on Sundays, so you can park in our lot off of Lafayette and 6th, or in the city parking structure at the same intersection. This very special invite is extended to our current and past members, visitors, churchgoers, and the greater community, so please come help us celebrate the first organized church in Royal Oak and it's historic 175 years in service!
