Dearborn Hockey Association to Honor Players at Upcoming Dinner

The Recognition Dinner will be held Thursday at the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center.

The Dearborn Hockey Association will hold its first-ever Recognition Dinner on Thursday, March 14, in the Hubbard Ballroom of the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center.

The social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., with buffet dinner starting at 6 p.m., and the program to follow. The Center is located at 15801 Michigan Ave. in Dearborn.

The Dearborn Hockey Association hosts boys and girls hockey teams for a variety of ages and skill levels. They play out of the Dearborn Ice Skating Center.

During the Recognition Dinner, the association—in partnership with the coaches—will present awards to the most improved player of each team.

Kevin Bolger, president of the Dearborn Hockey Association will head the evening’s program with special attention to DHA alumni, past and present board members, as well as the City of Dearborn staff that contribute to the success of the association.

Included in the festivities will be raffles and drawings benefiting the association and its efforts.
