Dearborn Police, Crime Stoppers Offering $13,000 Reward in Shooting Death
33-year-old was shot while driving, crashed car into parked vehicles in Dearborn

DEARBORN, MI — The Dearborn Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in obtaining information regarding the murder of a 33 year-old Canton resident. Crime Stoppers is now offering a $13,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the subject(s) involved. The information you provide can remain anonymous.
On Sunday Oct. 16, at approximately 10:00 pm, the Dearborn Police Department was dispatched to the area of Madison and Bennett in response to an accident where a vehicle crashed into several parked vehicles. Officers determined the driver of the vehicle had been shot and sometime afterward crashed into the parked vehicles.
The victim, identified as Raymond Mshahwar, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

In a press release Chief Ronald Haddad stated “This is a tragic situation and our condolences go out the family of the victim. The Dearborn Police Department will use all available resources to apprehend the person(s) involved in this crime. We are urging the public to come forward with information regarding this crime.”
