Man Apprehended After Entering Jefferson North Assembly Plant With Gun, Reports Say

No injuries were reported.

DETROIT, MI - A man was taken into custody after allegedly entering the Jefferson North Assembly Plant with a gun Saturday, according to media reports in WXYZ and Local 4. The man was apprehended and no shots were fired.

Local 4 reported the plant was evacuated.

The man had previously worked at the plant and was reportedly having issues with a domestic partner who is a current employee at the plant. While he never brandished the weapon, employees saw it and he was contained by union stewards.
