Man Charged With Brutally Raping 2 Elderly Women Inside Dearborn Home
Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said the facts are among the most "egregious and deplorable" she's ever seen.
DEARBORN, MI — An Ecorse man was charged in connection with the brutal sexual assaults of two elderly women inside a Dearborn home Sunday, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
The victims, 85-year-old and 78-year-old sisters, were taken to a nearby hospital where they were listed in stable condition, as of Wednesday afternoon, according to the prosecutor's office.
One of the women "is not mobile,"according to the prosecutor's office.

Holcomb is also involved with the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in Allen Park that happened on the same day and the prosecutor's office is expecting to hear from that investigation soon.
During a Wednesday hearing, a judge noted that Holcomb was convicted of second-degree criminal sexual conduct in 2010.
Prosecutors said Holcomb knocked on the front door of a home in Dearborn near Southfield Road and Outer Drive on Sunday at roughly 2 p.m. and told the women their roof needed work. He then forced his way into the house and attacked the elderly women, according to the police.
Prosecutors said Holcomb brutally beat, raped and tortured the women inside the home before fleeing. Eyewitnesses helped officers find him at a Melvindale motel where he was arrested in connection with the incident, according to the police.
"The alleged actions of the defendant in this case are among the most egregious and deplorable that I have seen in my 30 plus years in criminal law. The facts truly shock the conscience. The 85 and 78- year-old victims were brutalized, tortured, and repeatedly sexually assaulted. We will strive mightily to bring them some semblance of justice," Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy said.
