DEARBORN, MI — A Dearborn teen was arrested for a second time in a matter of days after police observed him entering several unlocked vehicles in the area of Hubbard Street and Greenfield Road, according to a news release.

When Al-Nassiri was arrested, police found several items believed to have been stolen in his backpack, including an electronic device and money, according to the release. After further investigation, police alleged Al-Nassiri had entered a resident’s unlocked garage and rummaged through items before stealing mechanical equipment.
Al-Nassiri, who was charged with felony larceny from a motor vehicle, misdemeanor larceny from a motor vehicle, and breaking and entering, was arraigned Monday in 19th District Court. Judge William Hultgren set bond at $10,000/10 percent, issued a no victim contact order and ordered a GPS tether as a condition of release.
