Before Leaving Your Jewelry To Be Repaired.

What You Should Look For

Your favorite piece of jewelry is broken.

You lost a stone on your diamond or gemstone ring, or maybe you need to have your ring re-sized. Not to worry you can have all that done at a locale jewelry store.
Most people don't want to be left for a long amount of time without their favorite piece of jewelry. You don't have to. Many local jewelry stores offer in-store jewelry repair with a very short turnaround time. Some might even be willing to do it same day for a fee. Most jewelry stores in the mall will have to send out your jewelry and won't have it back to you before two weeks. At a local jewelry store you have a better chance to have the piece of jewelry back much sooner.

You might be worried about leaving your jewelry fair enough we've all heard the stories and yes it does happen. Yes there has been jewelry stores that switch out the center stone on ring. Some jewelry repairs are not done the proper way substandard supplies are used or there isn't a expert sitting behind that bench doing the repairs.

What you should look for before leaving your jewelry:

What you should keep in mind:

  • Repairing jewelry isn't an easy fix it's not a (Zip Zap) job. Expect to pay for that.
  • Remember time isn't free. Time isn't free you don't work for free why would you expect a jeweler to.
  • If you're expecting something done same day expect to pay for that service.
  • Keep in mind that supplies are used to fix your jewelry those supplies cost money.
