Woman Reports Near Abduction at Pharmacy

Dearborn Heights woman reports "weird, terrible feeling" when she saw two men eyeing her as she went to a pharmacy to by cookie ingredients.


A Dearborn Heights woman claims that she was nearly abducted by two men when she went to a local pharmacy to buy ingredients to bake cookies.

Callie Revitzer told WXYZ-TV she noticed two men in the parking lot of the CVS Pharmacy on Beech Daly and Joy roads about 2:30 p.m. Thursday and “had this weird terrible feeling in the pit of (her) stomach.”

She said one of the men grabbed her by the arm and drug her, leaving bruises on her legs. Another man was waiting in a car at the side of the pharmacy, according to the report.

“I tried to do everything my brothers taught me to do,” Revitzer told the TV statio . “He was just too strong.”

A woman came out of pharmacy and the alleged assailant reportedly let go of his grip, allowing Revitzer to flee to safety.

Dearborn Heights police took a report and believe they know the identity of the suspect.
