Traveling to the top summer destinations in the country this summer just got much more affordable! The coveted summer travel season provides families and friends the opportunity to explore all America has to offer. With an anticipated 79% of Americans planning to take a classic family road trip this summer, Red Roof is making it easier for travelers to sleep easy and spend less as they head to a number of cities that are made for summer, especially urban locations that offer culture, shopping, activities and hot spots for foodies.

From now through the end of August, the brand will offer the limited-time Red Hot Stubs: Ticket to Summer Savings promotion, which grants travelers a discount at participating locations in ten of the most popular destinations in the country. Guests will save 10 percent off room rates by showing a valid ticket stub from a local event or attraction at check-in until August 31, 2018. Whether going to a museum, theme park, ballgame, concert, theater or anything in between, travelers can take advantage of the promotion simply by displaying a physical or electronic ticket. The Red Hot Stubs promotion is available for guests who book direct with Red Roof in advance, as well as those who purchase an in-person reservation.

Red Roof identified ten popular summer cities for the promotion, and Red Hot Stubs will be available at participating properties in and around and around Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Raleigh-Durham, Seattle and Washington, D.C. In addition to Red Hot Stubs, Red Roof is offering the Stay 3, Get 7,000 Points promotion through the end of August at all of its more than 550 hotels across the country. Registration for the promotion is free and any member of Red Roof’s rich loyalty program, RediCard, who registers and stays three separate times this summer will receive 7,000 RediCard points—good for a free night! Travelers who are not already members can simply join RediCard for free and then easily register for the promotion prior to booking their trips.
