The MAN UP! For Better Health Fair invites attendees to participate in a run, walk, and ride through a vibrant neighborhood while engaging in a wide range of health centered activities. The event is designed to empower men with the knowledge, resources, and screenings needed to take charge of their health.
"For 16 years, the MAN UP! For Better Health Fair has been about encouraging men to take ownership of their health while bringing families and the community together around wellness," said Mark Elzy, President of 100 Black Men of Greater Detroit. "Too often, men delay preventive care until it's too late. By making screenings, education, and trusted healthcare resources easily accessible in a welcoming environment, we're helping empower our community to make healthier choices that can save lives."
